Beef product derived from the heart.It is pale pink, characteristic of good-quality meat,and completely lean without foreign odors or tastes. The surface is smooth, unwrinkled, cleaned of impurities or slime, rinsed with running water and has a natural shape without damage. Evenly shaped blocks are frozen in a shock freezer. Carefully packaged in a bag and then in a cardboard box. Each box has an appropriate label. The net weight of each block is 20 kg. Temperature for storage and transportation is -18°C.
