ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
The omasum is the third compartment of the four-compartment stomach of ruminants. Our company has been purchasing beef offal from slaughterhouses in Poland and other EU countries for 6 years now. Correctly processed beef omasum is oval, well-cleaned of fat and impurities, rinsed in a centrifuge without damage to the leaves. Salted following requirements, aged, and rinsed of salt after preservation. The finished product is well pressed, with an acceptable moisture content level of no more than 2% and an acceptable residual salt level of 1%. The product is packaged in bags with appropriate labeling. Temperature for storage and transportation is -18°C.
